Vendor Forms & Rules

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at 2024 Gasconade County Fair. Please review the vendor letter before submitting an application. A submitted application is neither an offer or guarantee of fair space. Please contact Shyla Baxter at (573) 645-8375 or [email protected] with questions.

NOTE:  Incomplete applications will not be considered.

– Applications will be reviewed in accordance with guidelines for product diversity, product presentation, product quality and previous vendor experience.

– If not selected to participate in the 2024 Gasconade County Fair, please apply again in 2025, as applications are not retained.

– Businesses have the opportunity to hang signs or banners at the gates where pedestrians enter the fair grounds. Please refer to the application for signs for further information and pricing.
